Training & Ongoing Support
You don’t need a decade of swinging hammers to open a Bradford Remodeling location. You need the discipline to follow a system that’s already been built, tested in the field, and written down. We teach the construction trade, the business side, and the standards that keep every Garrison Partners company on the same page. Our training exists so that when your first homeowner opens the door, you already know what to say, what to price, and how the job gets done right the first time. No prior construction experience required. We close that gap.
Initial Training

Your first weeks with Bradford Remodeling are structured around the things you’ll actually touch when the phone starts ringing. We begin with The Garrison Code: show up inside the window we gave, price in writing before any work starts, do it by the book, and leave the site clean. That code drives everything. From there, we train you on how a remodeling job is scoped, what goes into a written estimate, and how to talk through a kitchen project with a homeowner who doesn’t know a soffit from a setback. We use the trade’s real words and then we explain them in plain language, because that’s how Curtis Lane talks and how he expects every Bradford owner to talk.
You’ll learn the operational bones of the business: scheduling, job files, change-order discipline, and how the 365-Day Done Right Promise gets honored without arguments or gray areas. On the software side, we walk you through the systems used for estimates, customer records, and project tracking. Hiring comes next, with guidance on how to identify crews that fit the Bradford standard and what background-check and uniform expectations look like from day one. Marketing training covers the local messaging, the brand voice, and how to talk to homeowners worn out by no-shows and moving prices. By the end of initial training, you’ll understand what a squared-away remodeling business looks like from the inside, not just from the driveway.

Launch Support
Opening the doors is where most franchise concepts go quiet. Bradford doesn’t. Launch support starts with local marketing setup: making sure your business shows up where homeowners in your market actually look, with messaging built around written pricing and the Done Right Promise. We help you get your lead engine configured so calls flow to a system with a live person answering, because that’s a non-negotiable at the brand level. Your first jobs get hands-on coaching. When a homeowner asks a question you haven’t fielded yet, you have someone to call. When an estimate comes together and you want a second set of eyes before it goes out, that support is there. The launch window isn’t a sink-or-swim season. It’s structured support for your first bids, first contracts, and first guarantees, so you build a local reputation that matches the Bradford name.
