Every job at Bradford Remodeling is priced job by job, off a free written estimate. There’s no hourly rate ticking in the background, no plan to join, nothing to subscribe to. You get a single number, in writing, before anyone picks up a tool.

Most of the homeowners who call us have been burned before – a crew that showed up, started work, and handed over an invoice that looked nothing like what was discussed at the door. Do you offer financing or a monthly payment plan?
No, and that’s deliberate. Every job is priced off a free written estimate – one number, in writing, before work starts. We don’t carry financing products, subscriptions, or payment plans because we’d rather you understand exactly what you’re agreeing to than sign something with terms attached. The estimate is the price. That’s the whole arrangement.
Can I combine two offers at once?
One offer per household per visit. If you have questions about which applies to your situation, ask when you call – the person who picks up can walk you through it before we ever come out.
Does the price change once you’re on the job?
No. The written estimate is the price. If we open something up and find a condition that genuinely changes the scope – something neither of us could have known was there – we stop, write a revised quote, and get your approval before doing anything additional.
