This is a job where you see what you built when you leave. A kitchen that a family will cook in for the next twenty years. A home that looks the way the owner imagined it before they ever called us. That’s not an accident — it’s what happens when the job is run right from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.
Bradford Remodeling runs on a simple code: show up when we said, price in writing before any work starts, do it by the book, and leave the site clean. That’s The Garrison Code, and it’s not a poster on the wall. It’s how the day actually runs. If you’re the kind of person who cares whether the work is done correctly — not just done — you’ll fit here.
Curtis Lane built this crew around people who take the work seriously. That means tradespeople who know their tools and show up ready, and it means people on the phones and in the office who treat a homeowner’s question with the same care as a framing measurement. Both matter. Both have a place here.
Who We’re Looking For
- General Contractor Apprentice: Someone who wants to learn every phase of a job from demo to final punch, reads the site carefully, and doesn’t need to be told twice to pick up after themselves.
- Kitchen Remodeling Installer: A precise, patient person who takes cabinet layout and countertop fitting personally — because a bad seam shows up every day in someone’s home.
- Lead Remodeling Technician: An experienced tradesperson ready to own a job site from day one, coordinate subcontractors, and sign off on quality before Bradford does.
- Project Estimator / Field Consultant: Someone who can walk a home, take accurate measurements, and translate what they see into a written scope that a homeowner can actually understand.
- Customer Service Representative: A person who listens more than they talk, stays calm when a homeowner is stressed, and understands that a live answer at 8 p.m. is sometimes the most important thing Bradford can do.
- Dispatcher / Scheduling Coordinator: A detail-driven organizer who can hold multiple crews, multiple timelines, and multiple homeowners in their head at once without dropping anything.
What We Offer
Real Training and a Clear Path
Apprentices here don’t spend six months handing things up a ladder. You work alongside lead technicians on actual jobs, learning how Bradford runs a project from the written estimate to the final guarantee sign-off. The path from apprentice to lead is real and it’s walked by people who started exactly where you are.
Work You Can Stand Behind
Bradford installs KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinetry, Cambria and Caesarstone countertops, Kohler and Moen fixtures, and James Hardie and GAF exterior products — materials with manufacturer specs and their own warranties. When you do the job by the book with products like those, you’re not hoping the work holds. You know it does.
Local Crew, National Backing
Each Bradford location runs as an independent business, which means your crew is your crew. You’re not a number routed through a national call center. At the same time, you’re backed by the Garrison Partners family, which means documented standards, premium material accounts, and a brand that holds every location to the same level of discipline. You get the feel of a local shop with the resources of something larger.
Steady, Skilled Work
Bradford focuses on general contracting, kitchen remodeling, and whole-home remodeling — project work with scope, duration, and skill involved. This isn’t a service call that wraps in an hour. It’s the kind of work where you develop a real trade and where demand is driven by homeowners who want the job done correctly the first time, not just the cheapest option on the list.
No Experience? Read This.

If you’ve spent years in a trade that isn’t construction — automotive, manufacturing, finish carpentry, even commercial kitchen work — more transfers than you think. Comfort with tools, the habit of reading a plan before you cut, knowing how to clean up a workspace and leave it ready for the next step: those aren’t small things.
What we teach is how Bradford runs a job. The Garrison Code, the written estimate process, how we communicate with homeowners on site, and the specific material systems we work with. Most of that happens in the first few months alongside a lead who’s done it before.
You don’t need a resume full of remodeling jobs. You need to show up, pay attention, and care whether the work is right. If that describes you, call us and we’ll have an honest conversation about where you’d fit and what the first few months would actually look like.
How to Apply
Call us at (903) 568-7222 — a real person picks up — or use the application form below. When you reach out, tell us where you’re based, what kind of work you’ve done, and when you’re available to start. Hiring is handled locally at the Bradford location nearest you, so the person you talk to is the person who runs the crew.
