The Promise, in One Paragraph
Every project Bradford Remodeling completes is covered by the 365-Day Done Right Promise. If the work we performed doesn’t hold within 365 days of the service date, call us and we come back – no charge, no argument, no runaround. This is a plain-English commitment from Curtis Lane and every independently owned Bradford location. No asterisks, no fine print buried three pages in. We wrote it this way on purpose, because a promise you can’t read isn’t one.
What’s Covered
- The workmanship on any job Bradford performed – if something we built, installed, or repaired fails because of how it was done, that’s on us.
- Parts and materials we sourced and installed – if a component we selected and put in place fails within 365 days, we address it.
- A return visit at no charge – travel, labor, and time are covered; you won’t see a bill for the follow-up call.
- A full redo when a repair doesn’t hold the first time – we don’t patch a patch and leave; we fix the root of it.
- Site cleanup after the return visit – we leave the space the same way we should have left it the first time: clean and squared away.
- A written record of the original scope – we have the job on file, so you don’t have to track down an old invoice to make a claim.
What Isn’t Covered
- Damage from a storm, a flood, an accident, or any event outside our control that happens after we finished – that’s a weather or insurance matter, and we’ll tell you so plainly.
- Work performed by another contractor after we left – if someone else touched it, we can’t stand behind it, but we’ll still come look and tell you what we see.
- Parts or materials the customer supplied – we can only guarantee what we specified, sourced, and documented ourselves.
- Normal wear on equipment or surfaces that were already present when we arrived and that we didn’t replace or repair.
- Problems the customer declined to have addressed when we flagged them during the job – we note those in writing at the time, and we’ll remind you if one of them surfaces later.
- Cosmetic changes requested after the work passed inspection – preferences change, and we’re happy to discuss additional work, but that’s a new scope and a new written price.
How to Use the Promise
Step 1: Call (903) 568-7222 or Book Online
A live person answers, day or night – not a voicemail system. Tell them you’re calling about a 365-Day Promise return visit and they’ll pull up your account right away.
Step 2: Tell Us the Job and Roughly When
Describe what you’re seeing and give us an approximate date for the original work. There’s no form to fill out and no receipt to dig up – we keep the job on file.
Step 3: We Schedule the Return Visit
We find a time that works for you and confirm it. You’ll know exactly who is coming and when, same as the original job.
Step 4: We Make It Right
We assess the issue, do the work required to correct it, and clean up before we leave. No fee, no invoice for the return visit – that’s the promise.
Timing
The 365-day window opens on the date Bradford completed your project and closes exactly one year later. If something comes up on day 366, we’re not going to slam the door. Call anyway, describe what you’re seeing, and we’ll take a look. We’ve been operating to The Garrison Standard since 2004 and we’d rather look at a job once more than leave a homeowner wondering. Every Bradford location is independently owned and operated, and every one of them honors this promise – that’s what The Garrison Standard means in practice.
Questions About the Promise
If you have a question about whether your project is covered, or you just want to talk through what you’re seeing, call (903) 568-7222. A real person answers, any time of day. Curtis Lane and the Bradford team built this promise to be used, not filed away – so use it.
